On February 07, 2011 at 9:00 AM at Phnom Penh Hotel, there was a substantial workshop on “Change Management Workshop for the Heads of PFMRP from all Line Ministries” as part of Change Management Strategy Delivery for FMIS Project Implementation in Cambodia.
This special event is organized by the Ministry of Economy and Finance under the Funding of PFMRP Budget.
The purpose of this workshop is mainly prioritize on the key messages of the FMIS Primary Sponsor, Dr. AUN Porn Moniroth of why we need to change not just for FMIS but for PFMRP as whole, the progress of FMIS Implementation, Analysis on Business Process, Experiences of FMIS Implementation and Change Strategy Delivery notably TNA – Training Needs Assessment.

- Key messages delivered by Dr. AUN Porn Moniroth, Minister Attached of Prime Minister, Secretary of State of MEF and Chairman of PFMRP Steering Committee
- Presentation “Progress on Implementation of FMIS” by Dr. PHAN Phalla, Director of IT Department
- Presentation “FMIS Supporting the Royal Government of Cambodia’s PFMRP Agenda” by Ms. Leah APRIL, Sr. Public Sector Management Specialist of World Bank in Cambodia
- Presentation “Analysis on Business Process” by Mr. Paul SEEDS, FMIS Functional Advisor
- Presentation “Change Management” by Mr. Findlay Herber, Change Management Consultant
- Complete the Training Needs Assessment Forms: 1. Training Needs Assessment Form in ( English | Khmer ) and 2. Training Needs Assessment Form (Detail) in ( English | Khmer )
It is should be noticed that at the end of the workshop each participants were sincerely requested to fill the individual Training Needs Assessment Form but only some responded the request and the rest requested for more times to fill these forms back in there offices.

Ministry of Economy and Finance organized a breakfast workshop on the topic of "FMIS Progress and Change Management" on August 3, 2009 from 7h30 to 9h00 AM at Raffles Hotel Le Royal (Venue: Saloon I) for the Ministry of Economy and Finance's high level management and 5 line ministries's PFMRP management; led by His Excellency Keat Chhon, Deputy Prime Minister, Ministry of Economy and Finance.
