In June, General Secretariat of FMIS Project Management Working Group (FMWG) has finished preparing bidding documents for ICT equipment supplied for FMIS Phase II implementation and had a meeting with FMWG on procurement of those materials. Additionally, the team has also conducted a presentation about FMIS in Cambodia ICT Awards 2017 which was held at Institute of Communication Cambodia and got through the final round, which will be held on 20th July 2017.
Change management and communication team has had series of meetings with key general departments (GDs) of Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) in improving standard operating procedures (SOP) from Phase I; as a result, the team could gathered important inputs for improving Phase I’s SOP while be prepared to align them with Line-Ministries’s SOP in Phase II. Meanwhile, the team also continues to review and prepare supporting documents for this improvement with the inputs from General Department of Internal Audit of MEF in order to send to top management of MEF to review and approve.
On the other hand, business development team has finished drawing and elaborating the flow of To Be Business Process of the 10 Line-Ministries (LMs) and is now waiting for the approval from 10 LMs. In addition, the team has had several meetings with key GDs of MEF to gather more inputs on the To Be Business Process of LMs. Meanwhile, the team continues to actively support and solve any challenges for users.
Relating to the interface, currently Functional team is testing on the data integration between FMIS and Vattanac bank, which will be finished in early of July. ICT team; likewise, is working on the improvement of security system of FMIS and on mission to all 25 C-PTs for maintaining all of ICT equipment supplied.
FMWG would like to request all relevant stakeholders as well as the 10 Line-Ministries to actively collaborate in finalizing the To Be Business and users identification by the end of July.
