For this May, General Secretariat of FMIS Management working group has conducted a Refreshment Training on 4 modules of FMIS and usage of Window Remote Assistance for FMIS End Users of the 10-line ministries and Authorized Budget Entities (ABEs) on purpose of raising more awareness as well as solving issues during which line ministries are recently facing while implementing FMIS.
- Infrastructure Management
Infrastructure team has a mission to provincial Department of Economy and Finance such as Phnom Penh, Prey Veng, Svay Reang, Kompot, and Sihanoukville in order to install Intranet’s equipment, Rack, Electric network for FMIS End Users.
- Functional Management
Meanwhile, functional team has finished drawing workflow and Approval procedures in FMIS of municipal-provincial Departments of Economy and Finance, and has prepared and created usernames with assigned roles in the system after detailed and additional discussion on each module of FMIS.
- Change Management
Change management team has finished studying users’ readiness for FMIS implementation in upcoming 2019, including 25 municipal-provincial Departments of Economy and Finance and has completed doing essential videos for awareness to all stakeholders with different communication channel including website and all social networks of FMIS.
- Next Tasks
General Secretariat of FMIS Management Working Group will continue installing technological equipment and providing training to FMIS End Users for 10-line ministries and 25 municipal-provincial Department of Economy and Finance.
