This March, FMIS management working group of Ministry of Economy and Finance continues to conduct “Raising Awareness of FMIS to Line-Ministry” with the following line ministries including Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries, Ministry of Industry and Handicraft, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Education Youth and Sports, and Ministry of Women Affairs.
After raising awareness, business analysis and change management team continue their missions in studying current business process at the 10 line ministries in order to draw flow chart of their processes, which will be a foundation for developing standard operating procedure.
Moreover, business analysis team also continues to support and solve challenges of officials using the system at capital-provincial treasuries and also prepares documents for refreshment training on FMIS to officials of 25 capital-provincial treasuries at the end of upcoming April. Meanwhile, capacity building team has also prepared plan for the upcoming refreshment training to capital-provincial treasuries and soft skill trainings to officials of Information Technology Department. On the other hand, change management team continues establishing FMIS’s implementation progress and updates to stakeholders through different channels.
Infrastructure and information technology and telecommunication team has studied locations for connecting networks and devices for using FMIS in the nearest future at line-ministries. Additionally, the team has also helped moving in installing devices for upcoming refreshment training from Ministry of Economy and Finance to University of Economy and Finance.
FMIS working group will implement their activities based on each function with working group of the 10 line ministries; therefore, working group of line ministries kindly be ready to coordinate for a successful implementation of FMIS.
