FMIS Management Working Group Site Survey and observation of the business process of 25 Provincial Department of Economy and Finance
As part of FMIS Phase 2, the FMIS Management Working Group (FMWG) studied the current business process of the 25 Provincial Department of Economy and Finance in order to establish the to be business process of 4 modules, budget allocation, purchasing order, account payable and account receivable, as well as to explain the importance of FMIS and to conduct a site survey that shall be used to connect with the network at the Data Center and Data Recovery Center at HQ.
As planned, the FMWG will be rolling out according to the schedule as follow:
04th to 10th March 2018: Takeo, Kampot, Kep, Kampong Speu, Preah Vihear, Preah Sihanouk and Koh Kong
11th to 17th March 2018: Kampong Thom, Siem Reap, Preah Vihear, Mondulkiri, Ratanak Kiri and Stueng Treng
25th to 31st March 2018: Kampong Cham, Tbaung Khmum, Kratie, Kandal, Prey Veng and Svay Rieng
01st to 07th April 2018: Kampong Chnang, Banteay Meanchey, Odor Meanchey, Pursat, Battambang and Pailin
