Financial Proposals from Indra Sistemas and Tripoint Corporation opened on January 10, 2011 are now being evaluated by the Evaluation Committee. The committee comprises of representatives from General Department of National Treasury, Public PFMRP Steering Committee Secretariat, Budget Department, Investment and Cooperation Department, Financial Affairs Department, Public Procurement Department and Information Technology Department that lead this process.

The evaluation process will be last for two weeks as planned by the committee before submit the final result to get the No Objection Letter from World Bank.

During this evaluation process, the clarifications from bidders are not allowed by the international standard procurement rule.

The result of the awarded bidder will be announced after World Bank give No Objection Letter to the whole bidding process.
