The FMIS Second Stage Financial Bid Evaluation is under way of conclusion PDF Print E-mail

The Financial Bid Evaluation Committee is reviewing on the Re-current cost offered by Indra Sistemas and Tripoint Corporation.

Particularly most of the Re-current cost requirements focus on the warranty and maintenance in which originally the Royal Government of Cambodia required:

  • Software:
  1. 1 year warranty period
  2. 4 year post warranty period
  • Hardware:
  1. 3 year warranty period
  2. 2 year post warranty period for Hardware.

Referring to the requirement in the Addendum to FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM 2 STAGE BIDDING PROCESS below:

 

Replaces SCC for GCC 1.1 (e) (xii)

The Post-Warranty Service Periods for each Phase Shall be for a period of:

  • Hardware: 2 years
  • Software: 4 Years

Starting from the completion of the warranty period, in accordance with SCC for GCC 29.4

The Warranty Period (N) shall begin from the date of Operational Acceptance of the System or Subsystem and shall be as follows:

  • Hardware: 36 Months
  • Software: 12 Months

The Supplier must provide a Warranty Service Plan for a 3-year warranty period.

The supplier must provide a Post Warranty Service Plan for a further 2-year post warranty period.

 

The evaluation process is planned to conclude by the end of this week, before the Presentation of the final result to MEF’s management by the beginning of next week to seek for approval and recommendation.
