The Second Stage Bidding Document is being prepared under the guidance of MEF Consultants and World Bank staff, with the expectation it will be available for release later in 2009.  The document specifies the requirements for the supply of the FMIS solution, plus all associated consulting services including Project Management, Business Process redesign appropriate to the offered solution, Change Management, Training, Documentation, maintenance and support for the project during and, for a maintenance period, following successful implementation across Cambodia.
