The FMIS project is managed by the IT Department of MEF, under the Director of the Department (Dr. Phalla Phan).  Staffs for IT Department are still being recruited to ensure sufficient resources to manage and support the FMIS and the network over which it operates.  Most of the currently recruited staffs are ICT trained.  Business analyst staffs recruitment is in progress.  The IT Department is supported by Consultants, engaged as required by the project.

Senior staffs of the Department have been trained in, and will use, the Prince 2 Project Management strategy.  The project is using Microsoft Project for its activity planning and management and resource planning and task allocation.

Staffs of the IT Department and other selected staffs of MEF are undergoing a program of training, mainly in technology-related areas, in preparation for the Second Stage Bid assessment and project commencement with the successful Bidder.  Business Analyst staffs will undergo training appropriate to their responsibilities as and when they are recruited.
