According to the plan and actual result so far, FMIS Go-Live 2 will be implemented in​ 02nd November 2015. The Joined Team worked so hard in order to complete the key remaining tasks so that all those tasks could be completed on time. In early September, FMIS Project Management Working Group (FMWG), under the lead of H.E. Hean Sahib, Secretary of State of Ministry of Economy and Finance and FMIS project director, discussed with relevant General Departments in order to solve a number of challenges that could not had been addressed by technical level of Business Process Team. As a result, those challenges were finally solved in the level of top managements of relevant General Departments, showing a very good and reasonable agreement for a smooth and successful FMIS implementation.

Rececetly, the Joined Team and technical team from key General Department-Department, and officials from 5 selective provincial treasuries joined in testing the FMIS system. By doing so, the teams could submit the errors and new requirements to contractor so that the system would be perfectly constructed and be ready for implementation on time. In addition, the team tested data that had been interfaced with ASYCUDA, and Bank Statement and Electronic Fund Transfer; as a result, 98 percent of the system is completed for officail implementation. However, interfacing in Payroll system with Ministry of Civil Service could not be processed because of some technical issues. Data Conversion Team is continuing verifying data from KIT system of GDNT, to upload into FMIS system in order to ensure accuracy and meet the deadline.

Change Managemenet Team is continuing change management action in order to communicate to all stakeholders regarding to the current progress of FMIS project through website, bullitiens, and especailly face-to-face communication in order to engage them more in supporting FMIS implementation. Most importantly, the team just finished conducting face-to-face communication mission at provincial treasuries by presenting the progress of FMIS project and dealt with concern issues.; and in return with a very fruitful result . Moreover, at the end of October the team together with World Bank consultants conducted face-to-face meetings with general directors from relevant departments, whom would be key users in FMIS system, to discuss about any challenges and collect requests as inputs for continue to implement FMIS project within the framework of implementing change management strategic.

From September till October 2015, the ITD training team, with support from contractor team, successfully completed the “Training for End User” at central level for all 6 modules. The Infrastructure Team has been installing computers, printers, and scanners for all General Department-Department according to the plan.
