For effective governance and management of the project to reach the final goal – successful implementation of FMIS, FMIS structure is divided in to the work streams, which formed to fit FMIS management requirements.

Project Management Office (PM)
PM’s Description
In FMIS this work stream takes the most important role in leading and managing all other work streams in the whole project.
Briefing of the PM work stream is to plan, manage, monitor project progress and solve all concerning risks, scope, issues, and deviations and escalate during the project timeline. To obtain and maintain commitment of MEF senior management to project, perform project planning and budgeting, to handle project status and progress, control project’s changes relating to solutions and strategy, responsible for the successful completion of the project in accordance with the project schedule, budget, scope, quality are the major tasks performed by this leading work stream.

Business Process Work Stream (BP)
Description:
BP work stream is responsible for conducting analysis of business process, making all concerning business process document, designing development and configuration of FMIS system.

Change Management Work Stream (CM)
Description
This work stream is responsible for planning, managing and conducting all activities concerning with Change Management such as development and implement the change management plan, communication plan, managing and conducting communication activities within the project team, users and stakeholders and Project Management members, understanding the current organization vs the to be organization applied by the To Be system then understanding the impacts of FMIS on work procedures / ways of working, job roles of impacted appointments, skills / knowledge of users, workload shift to develop of communication materials to improve the readiness of the organization / people to accept the change.

Development and Infrastructure Management (DV & IS)
Description:
This technical work stream is responsible for infrastructure and development implementation such as designing system architecture, establish development environment, the network for FMIS data center and Disaster Recovery Center and developed a standard network, various instances/environments.

Training (TR)
Description:
This work stream is responsible for planning, managing and conducting all activities concerning with Training such as identifying project training needs, users to be trained and coordinate the end user training schedule, develop and implement the training activities as project training plan in purpose of ensuring that the project’s training plan is developed and in parallel with the project plan.

Implementation and Rollout (IR) and Support and Maintenance (SM)
This work streams will be activated during the Implementation or Production Phase and Support and Maintenance Phase. The responsibility is for supporting during implementation period (both golive in GNDT/ MEF) and rollout and after project’s completion. Support for user when the To be system applied and maintaining the active system to operate as smooth as possible.
