FMIS Equipment Bidding Result
On September 08th, 2017, at Ministry of Economy and Finance, General Secretariat of FMIS project management working group (FMWG) participated in a meeting to review the primary result of the bidding evaluation on End Users equipment and WAN/LAN equipment for FMIS Phase II implementation under honorable presence of H.E Dr. Hean Sahib, Secretary of State of Ministry of Economy and Finance and Chairman of FMIS Project Management Working Group, and  evaluation committee members (representatives from general department of national treasury, general department of budget, general department of public procurement, and general department of international cooperation and debt management).
FMWG presented on terms and condition of the bidding and illustrated that three companies have participated in the bidding for End User package while four companies for the WAN/LAN package. This bidding only took 2 weeks following the procurement procedure.
As the result of this meeting, committee members have chosen 1 outstanding company among all. However, this decision has not been made 100% official just yet as the team needs to further discuss on the pricing with the chosen company to not let it be over the planned budget.
In addition, H.E secretary of state added that FMWG needs to properly inform to the companies, who weren’t selected, to ensure transparency for all relevant entities.
