IMF Technical Assistant to Ministry of Economy and Finance on FMIS Project
Mr. Mark Silins from International Monetary Funds (IMF) is embark on his fourth mission scheduled for April 30 to May 18, 2018 The mission will focus on a number of the short-term priorities identified during the earlier missions and included in the expert’s ToR, including:
- Update on status of rollout process and troubleshooting discussions
- General support to ITD
- Accounting issues including reducing transfer accounts and closing of accounts and Chart of Accounts
- Support in preparing cash basis financial statements
- Discussions regarding piloting streamlined budget execution processes in key ministries
- Documenting streamlined payment process now in place in GDNT
- Education/Agriculture – Scoping requirement for management reporting
