Technical Team Finalizing Roles and Responsibilities before Phase II Implementation

Technical team of General Department of Budget (GDB) and Information Technology Department (ITD) have had a discussion on significant points in the implementation of FMIS to gather final input for top management to decide on before the roll-out to line ministries.

The meeting was led by H.E Nhem Khemra deputy director general of GDB and with all his relevant officials as well as management and officials from ITD on 09th October 2017 at Ministry of Economy and Finance.

After the discussion, both sides have agreed and are on the same path of budget law entry, mandate keeping, and the division of advance  package.

The team will be continuing the discussion in more details and finalize further to gather inputs for final decision from top management.
