Workshop of FMIS To-be Business Process
FMIS joint team completed workshop of FMIS To-be Business Process on 23-25/June from 9:00 to 11:00 in the morning and in the afternoon it started from2:00 to 4:00 and it spent 3 days at ITD big meeting room of ministry of economy and finance and in which participate from financial management working group. The workshop was led by Mr. Muan Prathna who is director of information technology department and as also manager of FMIS project. Meanwhile the workshop was presented by contractor team of FPT-LG Joint Venture which had Mr. Manas K.Mohapatra, Ms Siew Lin Koay and Mr. Pradeep Kumar Vaila. The first workshop of FMIS To-be business process was conducted to provide the first understanding of FMIS modules: General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Cash Management,Budget Allocation and Purchasing to stakeholders, and to match Current Business Process with To-be Business Process for impact analysis . At this workshop, all the first understanding of the architecture, application, To-be processes with sample People Soft screen shots was shown to stakeholders. Base on the result gained from this workshop, the next workshops will be executes for freezing To-be Process to build FMIS system.
